Welcome to our online booking page!

We believe in allowing families to book online for their child’s assessment because it allows for greater transparency about waitlists, costs, and the steps required to complete these complex assessments. It also allows families to place themselves on our cancellation waitlist.

That said, we also know booking online for this type of assessment can be somewhat complex and appreciate your careful review of the information below.

First, ensure that your Pre-Assessment Consultation Appointment is booked in advance of any other appointment. This consultation is a required first step but does not obligate you to complete your child’s assessment at our clinic.

If you also wish to book your child’s assessment, the first booking must be the Interview Appointment and the second appointment (or second and third, for Combined assessments) must be the In Person Child Appointment. The Interview Appointment and In Person Child Appointment should occur within 5 days of each other. If you are booking a Combined Appointment, the second In Person Child Appointment should occur within 5 days of the first In Person Child Appointment.

Please make careful note of the additional requirements and information provided in the text associated with each appointment type. Please also note our cancellation policy—namely, that there is a minimum 7 calendar day cancellation policy for Interview or In Person Child Assessment appointments or you will be charged the full fee associated with the appointment type.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us using the JaneApp messaging service if you have any questions at all, and we look forward to seeing you!
